SCARY HALLOWEEN AT SCHOOL!!

 El jueves 31 de octubre de 2024 en el cole 'José María de la Fuente' celebramos Halloween. Todos los alumnos del cole nos disfrazamos.

A primera hora unos niños y niñas de sexto de primaria nos contaron un cuento. En nuestra clase el cuento era de una abuelita que estaba muy sola y cada vez que tocaban a su puerta, era un ogro al que se le caían partes del cuerpo y la abuelita las unía y todas las noches cenaban juntos....Fue un cuento muy gracioso.

Cuando se acabo el cuento, fuimos con unos esclavos a un escape room del conde Drácula. También había zombies. Aquí nos tocó resolver unos acertijos, un juego de calabazas y una busqueda del tesoro. Nos encantó porque daba miedo y las luces estaban apagadas.

A continuación las dos clases de tercero fuimos a una habitación grande donde un vampiro nos contó historias terroríficas y graciosas y una bruja nos hizo un juego de adivinar preguntas de Halloween. La bruja nos hizo de enseñar nuestras meriendas terroríficas y luego nos las comimos. ¡Estaban deliciosas!

Luego bailamos todos en la pista la canción 'are you ready to scream for Halloween?'. Fue una mañana monstruosa y lo pasamos genial.

ENGLISH VERSION: 

Last Thursday 31st October we celebrated Halloween at our school. Every student of the school came with a Halloween costume.

At first lesson, boys and girls from the 6th level of Primary came to our classrooms to tell us a fun Halloween tale. In our classroom, it was about an elderly grandmother who lived alone in her cottage in a forest, and each time her door was knocked, it was an ogre who lost its body parts all the time and this grandma joined them. They had dinner together every evening. It was a very funny story.

When this tale was over, we went with some slaves to a escape room of Count Dracula. There were zombies too. In order to escape from here, we had to solve some riddles, a game about Jack-or-Lanterns and a treasure hunt. We loved it because it was scary and the lights were off.

Next both classrooms of the 3rd level went to a big classroom where a vampire told us scary and fun Halloween tales and a witch played a game with us with questions about Halloween. The witch made us show our Halloween snacks and then we ate them. They were delicious!

Finally we dance all together in the central court of the school the song 'Are you ready to scream for Halloween?'. It was a monstruous morning and we had lots of fun.

El pasado viernes 14 de junio tuvo lugar la graduación de  6º curso. Como siempre un acto muy emotivo donde no faltaron risas, abrazos, palabras de agradecimiento y alguna lagrimilla.

El acto comenzó con las cartas de despedidas de algunos alumnos de los tres cursos para seguir con la entrega de bandas y orlas. Después de la cena pudimos disfrutar del concurso Video Star donde muchos alumnos nos demostraron su talento. Por último l@s maestr@s quisieron despedirse con un vídeo que recoge algunos de los momentos más entrañables y divertidos de esta promoción desde Educación Infantil hasta 6º de Educación Primaria.

Desde aquí queremos agradecer a todas las familias que participaron en la organización del acto, así como a todos l@s maestr@s que también se implicaron en el mismo. ¡¡GRACIAS!!

CULTURAL DAYS IN JMF SCHOOL

                                                     CULTURAL DAYS IN JMF

Last week, on Tuesday and Wednesday (28th and 29th May) we had cultural days in José María de la Fuente school.

Each grade worked with a diferent country because the topic we were learning is:

AROUND THE WORLD IN 80 DAYS by Jules Verne.

First and second grade worked about USA. 

Third and fourth grade worked about Italy. 

Fifth worked about Singapur and India. 

 

Sixth worked about Japan.  

We made different stands where people could go and learn about others countries, played differents country games, listened to audios about this countries,...

-First and second grade worked with USA and some of these kids wear cups with colorful pictures about USA. They looked amazing!!!

-Third and fourth grade worked with Italy and they made paper flags to took them to the others classes. They dressed up like Italians. It was so cool!!!

-Fifth grade worked with Singapour and India. They made Indian bread and later they tried it. I think it is delicious. I want to try it.

-Sixth grade worked with Japan and we made four different groups that where:

Origami, Trivial, Memory Game and Decoration.

This four groups helped to decorate the stand and prepared some activities for the other students and on Wednesday, sixth grade made paper dogs and later they took them to the others classes.

We also made some special activities in P.E.

We made a pickeball tournament and there were three categoriess: Male, Female and Mixt. The all had to competed to win a photo with the P.E. teacher and a diploma signed by the headteacher, Manoli and the P.E. teacher,Rai.

Personal opinion:

I think it was very fun, we learned a lot about different countries and I had a great time with my

friends and teachers. The pickeball tournament was for me so fun and I enjoyed a lot.

PEACE DAY

 Hoy, día 30 de enero, todos nos hemos unido por la paz. A las 13:15 nos hemos juntado en la zona de juegos del centro para cantar la canción 'Bajo el mismo sol'. Desde nuestro centro se seguirán promoviendo todo tipo de iniciativas para reinvidicar la paz mundial.

Today, 30th January, we've united for World Peace. At 13:15 we've gathered all together in the playground area of our school to sing the song 'Under the same Sun'. Our school will continue promoting all kind of initiatives to defend World Peace.

Estos últimos días han sido ajetreados en el centro. Los eventos y actuaciones navideñas se han sucedido: villancicos, actuaciones teatrales, chocolatadas....y el colofón ha venido hoy con el festival de villancicos que ha tenido lugar en la plaza de Estrasburgo, que ha deleitado a los allí presentes. La comunidad educativa del CEIP José María de la Fuente os desean felices fiestas y una feliz entrada de año. Nos vemos en enero con las pilas cargadas.

These last days have been very busy in our school. The different Christmas events have come one after another: carols, Christmas play, waffles with hot chocolate...and the icing of the cake has come today with the carols festival that has taken place in Estrasburgo square, that has pleased those who were there. The educational group community of our school wish you happy Christmas and a great opening of the new year. We'll see you in January with full batteries after the Christmas break.

 HALLOWEEN IN THE SCHOOL JMF

Last 31st of October, we celebrated Halloween in the school JMF. All the school celebrated it, doing a lot of activities. The activities took place in the classrooms and in the playground. In the school playground, children from 1st to 3rd played fun Halloween games. In infant education, they tasted a scary and delicious Halloween potion. In the classrooms from 3rd to 6th, Felipe and Chema talked different horror storys. We were all scared. After the stories we did a gymkana. It was very funny. Finaly all the school danced a song called the skeleton dance.

All the activities were very funny and interesting!
